APPOINTMENT FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY - 2021 (Online Sessions)

 

INITIAL Appointment

Initial Appointment (2-3 hours): $500

 

FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENTS

* Follow-up Appointment (60-90 minutes): $150

* Extended Follow-up Appointments (more than 90 minutes): $200

* Follow-up Appointments > 9 months from  last appointment: $300

* Follow-up Appointments > 18 months from last appointment:  $500

 

E-mail and telephone communications within reason are included in these fees.

A credit card number may be requested at the time of your appointment.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

30-HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED

A cancellation is a loss to everyone.  Please understand that when an appointment is made, that the time has been reserved just for you.

Cancellation Fee if less than 30 hours:  $120
